Ok, since we lost some of the threads including the one on Paso 2005, I thought I'd start a new one. This will be my first Paso and I'll be driving from Seattle, so I want to monitor this for updates. If I recall, a bunch of SoCal guys were trying to organize a caravan. I suggest they post up again to get that started. Also, the army barracks are closed, so sleeping space is a premium. The state park has showers if I recall and we were discussing a meeting place, like WallMart or a theatre. Ok, that's what I remember of importance, anyone else?
Nor-cal Convoy is the way to go! every body would meet maybe in,morgan hill or somewere south of the bay then we meet up and head on in to paso.
I have never been to Paso, but if I recall from the lost thread someone said something about kicking the bicyclists out of the park So yeah, sounds like the same place.
I'm still up for a convoy. I'm gonna take the day off so I can be over in San Juan Batista the night before. Speaking of which. I'd really like to get some HAMB bashes going on local cars I know there are a lot of guys with things that need to get done. I'll post a thread so I dont' side track this one. PASO 05 BEEECHES.

I knew this guy in High School that "HATED ***S". It was kinda funny at the time actually, I mean this guy was all about "HATING ***S". My plan: Ride up the coast from Ventura on Saturday morning, and home Saturday evening. Hopefully, we can find a place close to the park to plant the Challenger. All the rods I'm bringing are 1:25 scale this time.
Yeah, you and your Falcon will be really easy to spot too. Now back to the thread: The drive down on Friday is always cool. Lots of old cars to see on the road... and on the side of the road too. If you're going down for Friday and are registered, make sure you get there by 5 or 6 if possible. Cruise starts at 7. From there most people usually go hang at the former A&W. Mike
You know newbie, these guys started a really good thread, why dont you drop off. There happen to be lots of HAMBers that are also Mt Bikers and road bikers. A couple of them from Norcal, and they are way more respected here on the HAMB than your 36 post ***. Now, back to Paso........................What is the deal with the barracks? Closed for good from the public? I didnt hear.
OH DANG...... haaaaaaaa. You guys are brutal..but hey...brutal gets brutal..you know. I'm very much looking forward to meeting some of you guys at paso and hopefully before and on the meet up/drive down. I think it would be dope to get a line of hambers coming out of the bay area. Plus that way if anyone breaks down we should be able to take care of eachother. Sooooo....... lets get that norcal rundown and meet up place ideas going again. Make a left at the end of the ramp & cross the freeway, make another left at the light by Chilli's & park up in the Costco parking lot.... Its HUGE & there's plenty of parking space. sweet. gilroy it is. as for another gas deal. Yeah it's in the 2.60's. I pay 2.80 for my daily. I'd expect it to be up another 10 cents by paso. won't be cheap that's for sure. Looking forward to it.
All right Dave, you guys have Mac and I's cel phone #'s. Give us a ring when you get into town. We are leaving Thursday. I'd like to see the calvalry ride into town. or at least meet up with you guys . We'll be at the drive-in and the cruise for sure though. And...don't forget to take pics on the way down, y'all!
