I've been on the hamb for a few yrs and built a 50 shoebox here from start to finish. Now it's a 56 Vicky project.I haven't got it home yet till things thaw out here a bit. Vickys are just one more of my favorite cars. Should be a great cruiser.
I'm sure i'll find some great info here on suspention upgrades, lowering, mods, etc. Maybe i can even contribute being a old bodyman of 40 + yrs. I will be a budget build but safe. There will be no fancy leather interior and big horsepower motors here. Just a clean driver in the end.

Welcome Ted! The 56' was always my favorite year, you can't beat those body lines! I inherited my Dad's 57' it is a great daily driver, but even daily drivers cost $$$ to build! LOL! Good luck with your project, we look forward to seeing your progress!

I checked your profile and saw the pic of your 56, looks like it will be a nice project. 60 Dodge taillights.

I had a 55 crown vic about 10 yrs ago and put 60 dodge taillights on it those are turned sideways, the peak should be on top. Good Luck with your project and keep us posted. I also like your coupe.

Love those '56's. Gonna be a great project car. I'm a newbie here on this club, but wanted to welcome you anyways. Keep us posted on your progress when you get started on it.
