A lot of Japanese forward control vans (Toyota Hi-ace style) use these and they are bulletproof and cheap as. RMR&C, we wouldn't be allowed to use that in Australia as it isn't designed as a steering component. We have tough rules Downunder. Same for your's Wolfcreek. it looks like a joint used in a shearing shed to power sheep clippers.
