New and looking to Network

My name is Marc

I am new here and looking to network both for pleasure and for business

I have spent most of my time in offshore boating as a hobby but am looking at gettting more into a car hobby. My 26 year old son has inherited a 48 Ford from his grandfather and we are looking at what we can do with it

I sold to the auto industry (big three and tier one and two)for 20 years and was a body repair guy as a teenager
I now have started a small company (two years ago) that does wall plaques for people featured in News Print and Magazines www.headlinesdirect.com

I have requested some info from Admin for advertising on this forum

Is there a good way to get the word out amongst the enthusiasts??

If i am violating some rule let me know and i will take off my web adress from this thread

Send a Private Message to Ryan,,,he is the boss and can point you in the right direction,,,

as far as advertising your business on the main forum,,I think it is frowned on. HRP

 

Talk to Ryan and then look at the HAMB O Dex for putting up your business stuff. You might consider being a sponsor and an Alliance Member/Vendor to get the word out better.


I'd also go over to the 'Introduction' area and post up what you want to do with your car stuff, not your plaque stuff. Then join the GMB (Michigan) Social Group. Buy a project car or three, and get living the high life!

By the way, Michigan is a big place. You can drive as far as NYC and still be in the same state from my house. Where you at?
