New and need serious help

I traded work with a guy to restore my 57. I completed my end of the bargain and he cut my front end off and left it in pieces. I did don’t know where to begin. The rack is in the wrong spot. The motor is too low to put it in the right spot. He sold my 312 so I can’t put it back. ( not sure if it would bolt back anyways.) does anyone know any good fabricators by Santa Clarita California. Or anyone have a rolling chase for a 57 ranchero.
