Hot Rods New build

I have not been on for a while, a lot going on. I sold my 48 f-1 on2014 and been missing it since. Last September I found a partial build with all the good stuff done so I went and bought it. It is a clone to the other that I called old blue. This is old blue 2, a 51, the year I was born, this time with more creature comforts added.
First pict is the 48, second the 51. Took it on its maiden run the other day and the difference is like nite and.
Will post finished pics in a few weeks. Getting it ready for bowling green in june

Nice trucks but are you color blind?

 

Ha! We used to have a Kenworth log truck we called ol blue even though it had been painted yellow. No one could understand that one either.
