The Hot Rod article said it was down significantly vs 20 yrs ago, I don't think it gave a yr. It did say that the car co. got the oil co. to clean up the oil after they found the roller cams didn't need to extra stuff. I'm going to guess sometime in the 90s when they all went roller cam. They said something about diesel oil causing problems for cars new enough to be running cats.
I'm sure most tree huggers wipe there *** with the same thing we do! I hate when they strike. I love to go to my neighbor next door to my shop and look at the really cool old growth 200 year old wood, that he is using for someones new house.
Jim, I've got somewhere around 10,000 miles on it since I met up with you on the power tour, I guess the lifters are working out pretty good
