Horses for courses i guess , too heavy looking in my opinion. It is just too dominating . Unique though. Is it really from edelbrock ??

I kinda like it, wonder if it could have been milled down to be less “big” looking? But to me it’s innovative, never seen anything like that.

    O
Maybe, but I see overboard as some plug wires and little water dripping from the top end bolts.

  11. I want to like it but I don't. It just looks out of place.

To much for me. I like the dash inserts being sold by Dale Grau.

What’s next? Valve cover arm rests? Sorry couldn’t help myself

  16. Too cutesy. Screams "I am just trying too hard!"

  17. I doubt Edelbrock is making the insert, IMHO the owned probably made it from a old head that he machined down to make it thinner and cut the openings for gauges.

While I applaud the creativity and thinking outside the box, I'm sure he likes it, as others here seem to, it's just one of those things that doesn't appeal to everyone. HRP

Cool idea. Not a fan of the regular off the shelf gauges though.

A V8-60 head ,at about 2/3 the size, would be a better fit.

  27. Way too gimmicky for me.

That panel makes the dash look way too heavy. And very much out of place. But that's just my opinion!

Seems silly. Not my car, though. I applaud the outside-of-the-box thinking, but it doesn't work for me.
