Just received confirmation with the Texas Timing ***ociation that we will have 8 hot vintage fuel/alchohol cars at the event. They will be running time-trials, and then eliminations amoungst themselves. Might even get them to do a 'cacklefest' for us, if the crowd is interested.
Looks like things are shaping up well, to get the 'hot-rod/racing' year off to a great start.

Hey guys, sorry I haven't updated anything lately, our office/plant is moving.
YES - Friday night, we will have camping available at the track. We are going to whip up a Texas style feast of Chili and Fajitas........your gonna BYOB, though, and NO GL***. NO RACING Friday night, just a bunch of good fun, fellowship and bench racing. Gates at the track close at midnight, so those not staying at the track, will need to move the party to the hotel parking lot.
    Host hotel(s) info coming soon.
Oh yea, save your Christmas $$ for some fun stuff at the track. We have confirmed that we will have ONSITE TATTOO ARTISTS from Ink Inc., on hand. They will have a state permit for the weekend, and do phenomenal work. They are based out of McKinney. http://inkincstudio.com/default.aspx
    More details to come.

    Thanks -

Yeah i am a bad liar . I sure hope it warms up a little today ,so i can see if there is a weak link in the drivetrain with the slicks on it.I know of a good smooth country road a few minutes from my house...

Man what a difference with wrinkle wall slicks.I did four 5000rpm side step launches in the country a little while ago and the only thing that got damaged was the top of my head hitting the roof all four times.I have been told my head is hard but it isnt cuz i have a headache from it.

DW / Root - that is gonna be killer. I get more excited, the closer we get. I keep getting calls about folks wanting to bring old drag cars. It's going to be cool.
    See ya soon.
