I think you are referring to the new 'Throttle Magazine: The Complete Collection'. The book chronicles the 12 issues of the short lived Throttle magazine (12 issues in 1941) being released as a book by TRJ. No one has got their copy yet, they will start shipping in Sept. Ordered mine last weekend at the Nats, can't wait! They had a copy at the Nats on display but I didn't peek, waiting it out!
