Well if you followed this post regarding me pulling the SBC out of my car and replacing it with a 6-banger http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=361057 I decided to go for it. My buddy dropped it of the other day and I spent all weekend getting it back in shape. I stripped it as far as I could, Bead blasted the intake and exhaust and painted them with POR high temp paint. What a greasy nasty*****ing mess it was. But to look at it now it was well worth the effort. I hope to pull the V-8 next weekrnd and drop her in. Todd
Cool, I put around hundred K on the 250 that is in my 48 over about 15 years. And that is after it had two V8's in it. 292 this time around.
