My name is Steve and I'm an old guy that remembers when a 32 wasn't 30 yet. First car I pushed was a white flamed forty ford coupe needing a little jump. Had a 39 Ford coupe but never finished before the Navy and it had to go. Now have a 35 convert that I'd like to convert to open drive, 5 speed and discs. Car needs to have subrails replaced, floor and quarter, cowl and firewall patches. Doors also need new bottoms. Was a Jersey car and in spite of all the downside, it's still fairly solid. Retiring in March and hope to get her done..whenever. Can't really contribute much since the caliber of most technical posts is way beyond me but I'll pay attention and I will observe the "rules". Grew up in NYC, so I can take my lumps, if it comes to that.
