Been away for a while. I see the layout changed. Was looking for a thread I subscibed to and I feel like I entered the twilight zone. Must work for somone. I guess I'll have to check the "watch this thread" box or I'll never find it again. Help!
I usually find missing threads by searching using google, add the word hamb and a few other words that should be unique to that thread.. Welcome to 1984
So I got to ask. Why the change? It's like someone sneaked in here and put electronic fuel injection on my hot rod. It just feels funny. I don't mean to offend anyone. Is there a thread I should read?
I liken it to building a new hot rod.. For years I have only build Deuces and except for a few minor differences they were the same.. Then I built the '54 Wagon and nothing was the same,,the basics were there just like the Hamb but there was a relearning period,,just like the new format here. If you really enjoy ed the hamb of old if you make up your mind to embrace it you will eventually figure it out. I feel the same. I FULLY respect "Ryan's game, Ryan's rules" but I simply just don't ENJOY the Hamb's new layout. I liked coming here before, now, not so much. Talked a few locals in the area that have left for good. I don't know if I'm out for good or not, but if it is, than thanks for the good times. Just remember, Myspace was top dog till they made so many changes that everyone went to Facebook Now, I'm off to try and figure out how to log off.
You might want to give it a chance before playing the "I'm taking my marbles and going home" card...the new HAMB smell hasn't even worn off yet
