    Hello all,
I have recently purchased a 1955 Cadillac series 62 sedan complete (minus engine and transmission.) 20170913_104929.jpg
i am looking for build info. 20170913_104939.jpg
my goals: 454 BBC, turbo 350 trans swap. i already have and are already built. 20170913_104949.jpg Drag car rear end ford 9" shortened to keep fender wells appear stock from the onlooking eye.
20170913_105021.jpg I know the process will be long and painstaking yet, i don't care i want a family cruiser yet strip ready, any front suspension upgrades as in crown vic swaps for steering etc. fitment of this motor will be tight but i would like to keep firewall as stock as possible i have seen a couple different years that have had this done already but i haven't been able to talk with anybody that has actually done it. so if you will please point me in the way of a thread that has already been started before i start a new one that would be appreciated thank you.

The search*****on has helped me a ton. It always has useful info. My 2cents maybe you should put a th400 behind your big block because they're stronger. Also a nice Cadillac engine would look good in that Cadillac, big block Cadillacs are cool too but I'm not one to knock a Chevy. Welcome to the site man

I wasn't thinking the original drivetrain more like a 390, 472 or a 500 Cadillac engine read up on them you might like what you read. Have a good night
