My name is Kim Fairbank and I'm from Wichita, KS. While I've always been into rods and old cars, racing has pretty much dominated my life. I recently sold a vintage racecar that I restored from scratch and my wife says I've got to build something she can ride in. I have acquired a couple of 46 International pickups that I'm starting to turn into one. I intend to chop the top, possibly build on a newer frame, and take it from there. I am a heart transplant recipient and have to get done all those things I have wanted to do but haven't. My son and I have a 305 sprintcar that takes most of the summer time but we're about finished for the year and the truck work will get underway.
