Old 60's era '33 Ford my dad and uncle bought in 1961. Truck was purchased for $150 - had been beside service station that caught fire melting the windows and blistered the paint. It was already channeled 6" and my uncle shorted the bed and lengthened the hood. Grill shell dropped down but not cut. He made the front piece to cover the void around the splash pan area and I have kept it in place. Has Crosley seats, old Champ 500 steering wheel and Trico fan on the column. Small block Chevy power, 4 speed, and '57 Chevy rear. Original front suspension. All I have done to it is put on new Salt Flats and radial tires. Was painted Milano Maroon and sprayed again in the early '80's. I guess you could say my family hangs on to their cars... Dad still owns the '41 Ford convertible he bought in '57 (Avatar) and mom still has the '57 Corvette she bought in '60. Love these old cars on the HAMB! Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
