hello everyone, new here to the form. in need of some help on my 55 ford f100 im looking to do a ifs (either cv or a mustang setup) also looking to do a irs but im going to be running a 454 and not sure if the irs will hold up? I already have a whole 01 cv I plan to use as a doner.

Welcome from Woburn! You'll probably get more info on how to REMOVE an IFS/IRS than install them. But you'll also probably find folks that want your old parts too. I'd forget the IRS idea personally. Just run a 9" back there. Simpler, cheaper, and probably a lot stronger. You're build a big block F100, not a Corvette.
