Hello, lurker from mid michigan. Made a career as a mechanic/technician engineering ***istant, r&d tech, proving ground tech and test driver. I spent time working on prototype defense vehicles and proving ground testing around the country. Now back to work for the Detroit auto industry and a proving ground performing several duties. Lifetime hotrod lover and student of welding, fabrication, machining, ect ect ect. I had two huge polebarns and fully functional shop at one point but was deeply wounded during the recession and forced to downsize, sell a lot of projects, and tooling. I now live vicariously through all of you H.A.M.Bers and related forums. In closing hello all, and hello fellow michiganders. Have fun at autorama if you are coming to Detroit this weekend.
