Hi there I have been lurking for awhile and decided to sign up, This is one of the better forums I have seen and I am really enjoying the articles and the wealth of knowledge and skills my fellow hot rodders have, although I am not currently building a street rod I have built hot rods in the past and I do own a 51 Jay that is a tube frame car still under construction and a 23-25 T bucket frame waiting for a steel tub. I race a dirt track camaro stock car and an open wheel modified. I grew up with a dad who drag raced tri-5 chevys and a purple 58 j stock in Nebraska back in the 60's and 70's and I drag raced NHRA super gas and brackets in the 80's and 90's.
