Discussion in 'New to the H.A.M.B.? Introduce yourself here!' started by Npcamaro, Jul 15, 2013.

  1. Picked up a 1954 Chevy 210 with the goal to make it a daily driver. This site has helped a ton already so looking forward to the education. I love wrenching on stuff. This will be the second car I have done. The first was my 67 camaro that was my daily driver all through school, yes I still have it. 35 years old. Married with 2 kids, oldest boy love working on stuff with me. I'm sure ll put a few pics up of him under the hood
    Thanks
    Nick

I just recently got a 54 chevy 210 as well. The previous owner did some work to it that I am questioning. He put in an aftermarket 3-speed in it and I think it was too short to reach the driveshaft, so he maybe moved the rear end forward a couple inches to make it reach. Is there anyway you could give me some measurements or pics of where the rear should be originally? Thanks
