Just referred to this site by a local guy here in Tampa. Just picked up my fathers 1955.2 Chevy 3600 after it had been sitting in the back yard for 14 years. Originally purchased from the dealership by my grandfather so needless to say its getting fixed. Might have found a donor 56 to fix up the sheet metal. Ran when it was parked No Seriously! 4 on the floor OG everything. Been reading here for weeks prior to posting. Just got the truck home this weekend from Ft. Lauderdale. Been restoring / rebuilding vintage Vespas and Lambrettas for many years and been trying to get this truck so i can carry them to the scooter rallies across the US i attend and arrive in style. Hopefully after a trans swap and new rear end, hopefully this 235 can make that happen! Keeping the OG motor and not choppin the top, but all other suggestions welcome!
