new from Texas here are some pics. i need help

i live in texas and work in the middle east. i am here now working and had a list of things i was going to get for the rat while i was here so i didnt have to wait on stuff to arrive. i left the book of stuff at home along with all the info on the parts. here is what i need. please help if you can

NEW rims all 4 with rings and caps. ( the ones on mine are off a 1940 ford. ) i think they are 16x4.5 they are OEM i dont know where to get them and what ones i need)

new tires only in the front, i know they are firestone 600's the rear are 700's and new i dont need them. ( dont know where to get them and what one's i need)

front window . mine is fine. but at night its hard to see out of it. ( its tinted)

i have 3 duece carbs and only have one hooked up .the other 2 are dummy carbs for looks. i need to find a carb kits so i can hook them all up like it should be. and DIY instructions.
