I still think of him often which keeps me driven! I am working on a 55 2dr Buick that I have put a fatman front clip on and am putting in a LT1 out of a 94 road master. I also have a 51 willys pickup with a mustang II front end and small block chevy. My true love is Mopar Muscle which I have a few of. I do just about all my own work I enjoy sheet metal fabrication and am learning alot about lathe and mill work.
Welcome to the HAMB. Now for the advice. Read the rules about posting and never challenge an old head as some of them actually know what they talk about. After a while you will know who. The number of posts seems to be very important to some but I think that quality posts are better than the volume. You will see some with 4,000 or so posts that come in and say something like "wow I never knew that" or some such without adding any input to the thread. That one is only surfing for a higher post count. Don't do that. If you send 10 Quality posts that makes you better than someone who sent 3,000 "Wowser"posts. Help to spread your knowledge and glean information from all.
