  2. ..one of the best builds on the HAMB,...grew up with those 49-54 Chevs, still like em a bunch. great job on yours.
    You should bring it to Byron Dragway in Illinois for the Glory Days event in July.
    ...is that your 37 Chev coupe?...looks original?

    thanks man,. Byron looks like it'd be a good time will have to keep that one in mind. yes the 37 is all original. Just picked it up this past summer. Not sure what my plans are for it just yet. Right now just gunna drive it as it is.

    I know I'm a day late and a dollar short on this thread but... in the hopes you might see this.

    Awesome build. I have been toying with the idea of going in this direction with my '52. I was wondering what hood scoop did you use?

    I copy pasted it for you ...

    The scoop I got from eBay. It’s titled for 55 6 & 7 Thunderbird. A guy in mass makes them to order. It had a flange on the bottom but I cut it off to get the angle to look better. I ended jb welding it to the hood and fiberglassing it in as well. If you type in thunderbird hood scoop on eBay it should pop up.
