Just found out that you HAMBers in Norwalk, OH, Bowling Green, KY and Pocono Raceway areas will get new Goodguys events in 2008. The Norwalk and Bowling Green events are to have nostalgia drags like at Indy!!! Way cool.

With that date for Pocono, is it replacing the RainBeck Show?

That Pocono date sounds like they want to take advantage of the crowds who won't be able to squeeze in the gate of the Second Annual Jalopy Showdown Drags; why they always tryin' to ride Larry's coattail?

If that is true about the pocono date that might be the same weekend as the drags at beaver springs...

Just not bigger than the town can handle. About 1/4 the size of the final HRR there.

the town could handle it,,it was just the asshole neighbor/lawyer that had the problem,,a new/the old access road is open again(i think the old neigbor/asshole lawyer finally moved)

He probably moved back to Columbus, Ohio where he was originally from :p

NHRA only understands money. They don't care about local yokel shenanigans.

    Snooze, you lose.

I'm glad GG's are going to Bowling Green, KY. I just hope the event is half as good as the Hot Rod Reunion was. If it ends in KY its got to be good.

Meeting's over. I can't give official word until next week. Sorry! Goodguys is trying to be fair to poeple who preregistered for events that are moving or are no longer happening by giving them first chance.

You guys are getting warm though.
