new guy 51 chieftain

    I,m new to the forum thing I,ve been working on car and trucks a long time started at 14 with a 47 chevy and had a lot of projects between my father brother and I
    I just picked up a 51 pontiac chieftain 4 door , bad motor ,bad trans ,interior is shot needs new rockers wheels don't even roll , other than that she,s cherry !
    I plan on putting in a 400 small block 700r trans 411 rear air ride or lower it
    body i might just patch the roten spots get it all soild and leave it ratty not shore yet
