AND ALSO THE TIRES AS WELL I RECENTLY GOT THE TRANSMISSION REBUILT AND AS I GOT BACK HOME 2 TIRES WENT FLAT. HELP A BROTHA OUT, IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIND THE RIGHT SIZE FOR A WHILE BUT KEEP ON RUNNING INTO DIFFERENT SIZES. IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE YOU GUYS I WOULD APPRECIATE IT. GRACIAS.

Seek out the 52-59 ford group here. Ford fanatics and very knowledgable. Any question you have can and most likely will be answered there. I run 205/75/15 tires on mine, pretty sure a lot of them on the group do too. Head over there, post an intro and dive in. Also do a search for th FAQ Sticky. That's where we keep the part numbers and so on. Have fun!

The original size tire was a 670 X 15" converted to todays tire sizes it is the 205/75/15,the 1952-54 Fords have a very shallow wheel well in the rear so going larger can be a PIA to change a flat.Pep Boys Cornell 1000 is a good choice since it is their budget tire it has the same height as most 205/75/15's but a slightly narrower tread and section width for better clearance.
