Finally desided to join up. i cruise the forum regularly but never got around to joinin. well im 21 and been around hotrods for all my life. i remember goin to runs with my dad in my car seat, either in his model A or his 50 meteor. Im currently in my 4th year of schooling for getting my ticket as a mechanic. and after that ill be going back for my metal fab ticket. i work at a shop that specializes in classics and muscle cars. not so much hotrods, but i get enough of that at home haha. im currently building a 1953 chev 150 and in search for pieces for it. so if you have 53 chev stuff let me know. ive also got a 1950 chev fleetline and a 1968 bonneville convertible. ive included some pics of them. i cant even count the number of projects ive had since my first (1974 gran torino) when i was 13. im the type of kid that instead of buying video games or drugs, i buy car stuff or new projects. Its a disease! so im looking forward to meeting new people and hopefully learning a thing or 2. if theres anybody from around Vancouver let me know, ive either met you or seen your car around. thanks!
CrusadersNV welcome, what peices for a 53 are you looking for? I'm looking for the window channel inside the front doors that is attached inside oon the latch side of the door. Rob
