Hey Guys, My name is Vic and I live in Indianapolis Indiana. I have lurked on this site for a while. I see that there are some other members from Indy on this site. I manage an auto parts painting and powder coating company in Indy. I have been in the coating industry for about 31 years. I have built several rods over the years, all low buck. My current 36 chevy is a stock body except tail lights, I just finished painting it satin black and plan to try my hand at puting some flames or scallops on it. It has a small block and 700r4 that I scabed from a camaro, it also has a chevy 12 bolt posi from a 69 chevelle. I have a 66 327 that I want to build up for it later on when time and money permits. I have learned alot from this site and hope I may be able to help with questions about powder coating or industrial painting. I am NOT a car painter, although I do my own painting on my cars. From one sedanman to another, Welcome! I knew I should have patened that whole name thing. Where abouts are you at in Indy. I am real close to raceway park on the west side. There is a growing list of locals on here.
I'm going to have another wintertime cookout so all the Indy guys and those close by can get to know each other and keep us all from getting cabin fever. Probably in January for that stretch after Christmas when we are all waiting impatiently for spring to arrive. Welcome aboard.
