Hay all, I just wanted to say that I have been checking out this site for a few years and just got off my lazy **** and joined. I have been into cars all my life and have owned a few, still own a 46 International K1 pick-up that I bought in '79. When my son was 14 we built him a 54 chevy sedan mild custom, he is now 22 and he still owns that car. I also have a 37 Cadillac all stock, boy I love that flat eight! I'm just starting on a 35 Ford pick-up that I think will fit in here just fine, so I will be using the tech fourm section to make sure I build it RIGHT! Any how, thanks for the help. Tom
I'm from Beltsville/College Park but moved up to Eldersburg about 6 years ago. Growing up in Beltsville, there was alot of Street rod/custom action around, My father-in-law would tell me of drag racing on the Balto. Washington parkway after it was paved but before it was open for traffic. He also belonged to a car club that met one block from my parent's house, can't rember the club's name. Tk
