I got referred by one of your members but dont know his name on here. But anyhow i got a new toy. It is a 1976 Triumph Spitfire. Gonna have the new Jegs S/S bars and a 8.8 in the rear with a SBC and some Summit Pulsar wheels (15x4 front, 15X10 rear) for the final ***embly ideas. Nice site and i think i love it already ! Plan to have it ready for the nats in okc for april . My dad and i have had lots of cars and bikes and he still has a few laying around. But he is very picky on his stuff. So i decided to finally build something to enjoy it. This drag racing stuff is getting old !
Howdy Joe, welcome to the HAMB, nice intro and all, did you read the part of where this site is for '65 and older traditional cars as in style? I wish you luck on your Off Topic car as it sounds way cool! I have traditional and non-traditional cars and the HAMB Police will remind you in less subtle ways as in banning you from the board, so tread easily with the O/T car stuff, I mean, my daily driver and parts chaser is a V-8 S10 but it is O/T so I don't mention it here often. I think most of the guys have O/T cars as well to some degree but they don't mention them here often, again. Have you been at any of the other OKC events besides the OKC 'Nats? Any greaser events such as the Okie Twist Off?
