Just joined for the massive amount of knowledge available here. I have never owned a hot rod, but have always liked them. Helped a friend in high school build his granddad's 31 5 window with a flathead mercury. Car was never finished, but the memories are still there. That was over 50 years ago. Hope I can still learn by reading this forum. Recently purchased a 53 Chevy with 56 and 57 six cylinder drive train. Just a driver, but I like the sound. Thanks Dale Shepard Bixby, Ok
