Not new to site, but never joined (until now!) Started rodding back in the early 70's when I was in college. Claim to fame was I had a 37 Chevy Coupe which circled Pitt Stadium with open headers every time they scored during their national champ. season in 76. Also had 37 Ford 4-Door, 69 Road-Runner Conv. (All apart), 69 XKE 2+2, 67 XKE Conv., 75 Jag. XJ6C (2-DOOR Coupe, w/ fact. black vinyl top), 74 gmc P/u w/427, short bed (wood floor factory).... Then I got married and bought a house!! (all gone) My son got a 47 Ford 1/2 P/U in 1999 as a reward for becoming an Eagle scout at 14. We worked on it together, then he lost interest until 2005. God called him in April 2005 (at 21) and I decided to finish it for him as he wanted it (big block, black with flames & noisy) rather than post pics all over, I put them at www.computerliterates.com/47ford Great to be here!
