Hi & welcome. Your DeSoto will fit in very well on this site but your 1970 C10 is many years too new for the period this site is dedicated to for discussion. Here our cut off date on period correct for the site is rides MUST be PRE 1966 year models. We are not into front end clips, LS engines, fuel injection, rat rods, etc.
