    IMG_2716.JPG Hi all,
My father inlaw passed away last year and his 51 Chevy Pickup has been sitting in a lonely state for too long so I convinced my mother inlaw to allow me to get the old girl rolling again so I can take the grandkids to some car shows.

    I have little experience with 235 engines I had a 72 Chevelle with a 400 small block.
I will need plenty of help Thanks in advance.

What I know : It has a 235 engine and he swapped the transmission to a 4 on the floor it has also been converted to a 12volt system.

  2. Welcome Top Jimi. Cool truck, And I like it's family history. The 235 is famous for its dependably. The best investment is in a new gas tank, if it doesn't already have one. Those engines just never die. And enjoy your hamb time, and the grandkids too. Ron...
