Been a member since 2009 but never posted the introduction, sorry for the delay. I enjoy working with old metal and just being around old cars and talking shop. I take every opportunity to learn what I can, much of what I know is self taught. I do my best and use working on my 47 stude as an escape from the real world. With limited funds, I purchased the body in 2009 but didn't get much more that body pieces so... risking criticism from purists and old schoolers, I am planning on working the body onto my 1996 Mazda. Yeah I know, but it fits the budget and I enjoy trying to make it work with all the issues that will come up. I look at it this way it won't be my last project and anything I can learn will help me in the future. I appreciate any ***istance and acceptance. Sean Harlingen Texas
Welcome, I've been through Harlingen many times ( I have family in Pharr). Sounds like project. Do what you can do to make it work, nevermind the pessimists. Good luck
