Hello, I'm 26 & I've been into old tin since I coudl wallk, my 47 pickup is not really built in the traditional fashion (built it in high school) however my tastes have changed quite a bit, I guess that is why it still isn't finished. Take look and tell me if I would get rode out on a rail if I drove it down to the HAMB drags?
47flyer, Looking at your cool truck it should be very welcome at the HAMB drags. Anything billet isn't good. Cruiser
Thanks, I plan to either make the switch to some steel wheels & caps (I think off a 51 car, got a big F on them) when I paint it. Things move a little slower since I got married & had a son, but one of these days.....
I am in really close to Perryville in a bump-in-the-road-town by the name of Lixville. But like I said, really close to perryville, my wife is from Poplar Bluff though.
Welcome and nice truck! We can always use another missourian and at least you have sense enough to know what traditional means. I say drive that sucker to the drags and if it bothers you throw a set of steelies on your current tires and be done with it. Pool.
