Hey, Im Gerry (Anglianut). I'm not a Ford guy, I'm not a Chevy guy, I'm not a Dodge guy, I'm a car guy. Haven't seen a car yet that a sawsall and a welder could not improve. Traditional Hot Rods are my first love, but not always in my price range. I have a 55 F100 that I hope to build into a rat rod some day. I also have a 57 Anglia 100e that I want to build a gasser out of. Neither one is very traditional. (Also have a few foreign car around that I will not name). Can't seem to make very many concacts here in central Cal, so if you live in the central valley near Fresno/Visalia, shoot me a message. Been hanging around for a few weeks just checking out whats going on. Hope this can be a good source of parts, info, and ideas. Any questions, shoot me a message. Always digging around and finding parts, don't mind searching for parts for others while I'm out and about. Take it easy Gerry
Hey Gerry New guy to the site here Sister lives in Reedly and I drive through there often In live in L.A. and my car is in Exeter. I will be customizing it over the next couple years so i just want to Network wih people in my area Nice to meet you, talk to you soon. Paul A.
So what is your car? The Royal Shifters based in Fresno area are the traditional rod and custom guys around here.
Hey hot rod freak What's up? I think you were asking me what car I'm building cause I didn't write it in my response to Angilinut It's a 49 merc 4 door. I want to do a chop and keep it traditional on the outside with some modern twists, throughout. No Billet, we're in agreement on that. Any other merc owners in the Royal shifters other than yourself? I'd like to make a living out of building cars but right now This one's a keeper. ____Trashed and Hammered
