New guy

I am 19yr old college student. My dad and I are restoring a 65 chevrolet c10. I was wanting to buy some wheels for my truck, but im not sure what the lug pattern is? I know 6 lug but 6 x??
Any help is appreciated

 

The easiest way would be to measure from one stud straight across to another
im not 100% sure on it but i belive it should be 6 x 5 1/2
