Ok,after 2 summers of driving my 32 with no hood,I finally got them on,they are original 32 tops, and they came out great.
thanks guys,I couldn't be anymore happier then I am,with the way the car looks, not bad for 50 dollor originals.
Thanks Dennis.Hey it was good seeing you at the TyRods,so when are you going to post the hamb picture that Sue took.
Looking real good John. I think the hood really finishes off the look. Now between the roof and the hood tops you're all set for Rainbeck!!
Theres four rods with springs, and the fronts are bent to fit under the radiator grill shell mounts, and the rears are bent to fit inside the inner lip of the firewall, and the we put small allen screws in the rods to use as stops and a handle. It's really a pretty cool idea that my dad came up with.
John, Your Dad is one up on all of us. He does great work. The hood looks great. It was good to see you and your Dad at the Tyrods on Sunday. I won't be doing Rainbeck. How about Burlington?
It was good seeing you to Bill, lol,ya deep down he know that he's good,I have to remind him every once in a while. No we are not going to Burlington this year, but I'm thinking about it for next year,so have fun.
