I don't know how I found this awesome website, maybe it found me? I grew up in the 50's when cars were cool - yep jallopy's included. I went thru the muscle car phase with a fast 67 coupe - now I'm too old for raw horse power and more alligned with the barco-lounger crowd - my 46 Ford Super Coupe. Geez, back in the day, I though these cars handled great and the breaks were just fine... Coming soon at this web site, I will have a ton of questions on how to get this thing set up right; and, I suspect I will get more help than I can stand! Send Help
Welcome and you come to the right place to get help on your build. People here are pretty knowledgeable on the traditional hot rods so post pictures of your car and ask the questions you want. Using the search feature here will help you on your project also.
Thanks for the note... My 46 ford coupe may have a funky rear end out of another car, from another year, from another planet far far away. I bought the Posie replacement buggy spring and shock kit (modern shocks). The spring was too long, they gratiously sent a replacement. Soooo... How can I tell what this rear end belonged to at birth? Thanks in advance
