Hot Rods New Jersey 40

For many years I have had a picture from an old R&C Annual [ I think] of a 40 Ford coupe. The picture is of a 40 std coupe owned by William Price Jr. of Kearny N.J. I don't know the yer of the issue, or what event was covered where the car was shot. It is just a picture, not a feature. It has a set of original TQ's and describes it as black with tan interior and Ford 289. I don't suppose anyone has any pictures of that 40? Joe

 

In the pictures it looks to have a 41 [?] front bumber. Ring any bells?
