I figured after months of lurking the hamb that it was time to join. I must say that this place is has a wealth of information. And now I can use the search feature! I'm 23 and have always had an interest in old American customs and hot rods. Spent most of my childhood hanging out with the old man in the garage. I would love to build a traditional style custom one day, but for now ill just soak up whatever info I can and help my buddy work on his newly acquired 48 fleetline project. He's got the funds and.garage to build it but isn't real mechanically inclined. I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself and thank you guys for putting all this great info out there and keeping this breed alive. I've got thick skin and a willingness to learn, so I hope I can make it around here. Later Scott.
Welcome Scott. My wife and have always enjoyed going to the Fall Color Run put on by the Early Tin Dusters. Been going for about 20 years now. Quincy is a great town. You're really going to enjoy hanging out here. Stu
