Hello guys I am Colby Welch and I am thirteen just joining the Hamb. I just bought my first project car which is a 1965 two door falcon wagon. When ever my dad needed help on his car he asked on the Hamb so I thought I could do the same because I'm going to need plenty of it plus I thought I could post some pictures of my build. I just got my car home about a week ago and very excited to get it in the garage, especially for the price of $325. It also came with a four door for parts which was only a extra fee of $50 ,the guy who I bought it from definitely cut me a deal with my age and my interest in old hot rods. The price was definitely good for me because I'm not old enough for a job and my only income is mowing yards so it is definitely a budget build. The guy who I bought it from actually tracked me down from a comment my dad put on the build thread of the southern flyer and he only lived about an hour away and he is going out of his way to also find me an engine, he's definitely a great guy and he was Into Falcons just as much as me. I live in A small town in Illinois where Missouri, Iowa, and Illinois meet and only have a dozen or so other car guys local. I don't know how much more I can say but I will start a build thread on it just as soon as I figure out how to start one.
