    Hi guys, just to hear this "A" hobby hasn't died. I'm working on a '30 Coupe full fendered and wondered if it can still look good without chopping the top. It seems like a lot of work.

    Top chop on a 1 - 10 scale of difficulty would be a 3 or 4 compared to later model vehicles or some commercial type vehicles. To me at least a mild chop will give your coupe a more aggressive hot rod look, where a non chop would be more suited to a resto rod. There are a few good builders here on the H.A.M.B. that could photo shop your coupe to help you decide, before you bring out the cutting torch!
