  1. Not sure if its required here to do an introduction, but I figured I would anyways. My names Xander, im 22, and Im from Hamilton, ON, I dont have an old car, just a 79 Fairmont drag race car, and an 81 Fairmont wagon Daily driver. The wagon has a 5L out of an 87 mustang, that I took the EFI off and put a Holley on, and a 5 speed. I drive it all winter and summer, and race it on occasion, its fun to drive :D.

None of that has anything to do with this place though, my brother Dad and I are going to be picking up a late 40s or early 50s Ford F1 this fall or winter, that were going to make into a nice, semi-restored driver. We do all our own work, so were hoping to keep it cheap, but spending money in important places, like on the flatty:D. Ill be doing all of the body work, welding and painting in our 2 car. Not sure what direction were going to take with it, but it will have a flat head, thats the only thing that is for sure lol. I like keeping it traditional.

Anyways thanks for posting up all of the cool tips, articles and projects, I cant wait to get a nice beastie.

    Xander
