Hello everyone. I have been reading the forums for a bit, finally taking the time to introduce myself. I have a Green 53 Chevy 210 4-door. Its my first cl***ic car. After I sort out a few odds and ends I plan on making it a weekend driver.

Thanks. I have actually had this car since I was 11 years old (32 now). The body was in pretty decent shape, but it didnt run. Lots of new ignition parts were bought / installed but the previous owner couldnt figure it out. The problem was a wood screw in the distributor. It was too long and shorting out the spark. After that it fired right up, we quickly found the rear main oil seal was no good. Then it sat for 15 years in the garage. But its almost road worthy, tightening up the steering and fixing up the interior now. I am from Youngstown. Looking forward to meeting some local HAMB guys.
