Finally after years of bike builds I've gotten my dream of owning a lead sled in the form of a 1950 hudson Commodore 8 and am currently putting my spin on it. Looking forward to seeing more hudsons and sleds on here to get some ideas!

Hi & welcome. Hudson. WOW. I remember those when I was a kid. A friends dad had one of those. I see more 30's & 40"s Hudsons that those from the 50' now. Seems all the larger local shows will attract one or two. I attend the "Texas Tour" each year put on by different Texas regions of the AACA and there is a Hudson group that shows up with 6 or so of their cars mostly every year.
About yours, that is "going green" taken to a new level. Going to definitely be the wild thang with your paint job.
Every now & then on here someone pops up with a thread on Hudson's.
Keep us updated with photo's as work progresses.
    Good luck, Jimmie
