Hello, everybody. I found this website through various searches online for different parts for my car. I guess an intro is in order.
I just recently moved to Sacramento, and even more recently bought myself a 1953 Plymouth Cranbrook. The car still has the original flathead 6 in her, three-on-the-tree, and runs ok. The interior is shot, and needs completely replaced, but she's a good project car. I'm currently in the process of replacing the brake cylinder, and after I do that, I'm going to dress up the engine, and then the interior, and then work on various cosmetic issues she has. The Plymouth was already the flat black when I got her, and the rear suspension was already taken down a little.
Anyhow, that's about my car, a little about me:
I just recently got out of the Navy (EM1, 10-1/2 years), and I'm almost finished with the Sac PD academy. I'm married, and we're expecting a baby in November.

Well, I have the dash removed, and all the wiring ***ociated with it, as I'm rewiring the whole thing. I'm still considering converting it back to 6 volt, too. It's definitely a work in progress.
