Been around off/on for about three years but just joined. Went to the Roundup last year, unf***in real!!!! Not just the amazing cars at the show but everything on congress on saturday and saturday night. It was like what my 2 uncles would take me to in the late sixties in the Beaumont, TX area but on a huge scale! What I have read here wether its is car related or not has been great. What I have going on now is rebuilding a 65 mustang for one of my twin boys and I am allways doing something to my 2001 HD Road King. Thats all for now and I hope to get to know some of you. Oh yea, I live in Murphy thats north east of Dallas. If anyone needs some help with a project drop me a line, allways up for a challenge. Rich

Thanks for the welcome. I have made daily drivers out of a few mid sixties chevrolets but have never done a Hot Rod because of necessity. I now have a desire for it that is just killing me. It really started the first time I looked at the Jalopy Journal and then when I went to the Round up it just took over, I am constantly looking at websites about building and selling cars and at the "builds". I think I need therapy. Whats the weather like up there, Shorts and flip flops here. Can I see a picture of your car?
